This foundational module provides a solid understanding of the human body and its mechanics. You will learn essential anatomical structures and how they are applied in Pilates to ensure safe, effective and intelligent movement.

In addition, you will explore the core principles developed by Joseph Pilates, including breath, centering, control and precision.

Learning Objectives

• Fundamental anatomical knowledge (muscles, joints, spine, movement patterns)
• Understanding and applying Pilates principles in practical teaching

Requirement: Mandatory if no prior Pilates education can be proven. Participation in Mat Pilates is strongly recommended.

Over three intensive days, you will learn the classical Mat Pilates repertoire with a strong focus on technique, clarity and intelligent sequencing.

You will develop the skills to confidently lead classes and adapt exercises to different fitness levels and physical needs.

• Modifying exercises for different fitness levels and physical conditions
• Developing class structures and professional teaching methodology

Dates: January 18–19, 2026 & February 20–22, 2026

This five-day module introduces you to professional Reformer training. You will learn how to work confidently with the equipment, adjust settings correctly and create structured, effective training programs.

Learning Objectives

• Confident handling of the Reformer and its settings
• Designing Reformer-based training programs
• Developing professional teaching methodology
• Expanding your exercise repertoire using the Reformer

Requirement: Anatomy & Pilates Principles required if no prior experience is available.

Date: March 5–6, 2026

This advanced module deepens your Reformer expertise. You will expand your repertoire, work creatively with small props and refine your cueing skills.

You will also gain insights into Medical Reformer Pilates and learn how to adapt training to different client profiles and common physical complaints.

Learning Objectives

• Advanced classical, modern and innovative Reformer exercises
• Use of props such as ball, ring and bands on the Reformer
• Functional, intelligent movement on an advanced level
• Medical Reformer basics: working with common limitations and conditions

Requirement: Completed Reformer Pilates certification required.

Date: March 26–27, 2026

This two-day specialization is designed for certified Mat and Reformer instructors who want to expand their expertise in working with women before and after pregnancy.

Movement does not stop during pregnancy – it evolves. You will learn how to support women safely, confidently and individually through pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Learning Objectives

• Anatomical and physiological knowledge of pregnancy and postpartum recovery
• Practical exercise concepts for Mat and Reformer
• Focus on safe, strong and supportive movement

Requirement: Completed Mat & Reformer Pilates certification required.
