We are Cécile and Lea — two women with extensive backgrounds in management and leadership roles. With over 15 years in leadership, project management, and international growth and expansion, we made a conscious decision in 2024 to step away from traditional corporate careers and build our own company.
From the very beginning, the vision behind égoïste was clear: to merge mindful movement with performance, aesthetics, and lifestyle — in a way that feels modern, holistic, and intentional. This vision led to the opening of our first Pilates studio: a space designed for conscious movement, presence, and meaningful connection — both with oneself and within a strong community.
