PART 1 — ANATOMY & PILATES PRINCIPLES (Online, Self-Paced)
Begin with our foundational online module, designed to build a strong understanding of body mechanics, anatomical structures, and Joseph Pilates’ core principles—breath, centering, control, and precision. This module is completed at your own pace prior to the in-person training and serves as the theoretical foundation for both Mat and Reformer certifications.
PART 2 — MAT PILATES CERTIFICATION (4 Days, In-Person)
During four intensive in-studio days, you will work through the classical Mat Pilates repertoire with a strong focus on technique, clarity, and intelligent sequencing. You will refine your ability to structure effective Mat-based classes and develop a professional teaching approach.
PART 3 — REFORMER PILATES CERTIFICATION (5 Days, In-Person)
Over five intensive in-person training days, you will gain confidence working with the Reformer and its settings, learn precise equipment-based techniques, and develop structured, effective training programs tailored to a wide range of clients.
