COURSE SCHEDULE:
May 21–23 & June 11, 2026 (exam: June 12, 2026)
Course days run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the exam day is a half day.
PART 1 — ANATOMY & PILATES PRINCIPLES (Online, Self-Paced)
This foundational module provides a solid understanding of the human body and its mechanics. You will learn essential anatomical structures and how they are applied in Pilates to ensure safe, effective, and intelligent movement. In addition, you will explore the core principles developed by Joseph Pilates, including breath, centering, control, and precision. This module is completed at your own pace prior to the in-person training.
PART 2 — MAT PILATES CERTIFICATION (4 Days, In-Person)
Over four intensive in-studio days, you will learn the classical Mat Pilates repertoire with a strong focus on technique, clarity, and intelligent sequencing. You will develop the skills to confidently lead Mat Pilates classes and adapt exercises to different fitness levels and physical needs.

- Fundamental anatomical knowledge (muscles, joints, spine, movement patterns)
- Understanding and applying Pilates principles in practical teaching
- Execution and instruction of essential Mat Pilates exercises
- Modifying exercises for different fitness levels and physical conditions
